Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager with a strong background in automotive procurement to lead our tire business development team. This role involves driving process excellence, managing supplier service levels, and maintaining commercially competitive terms. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best net/net acquisition prices, liaising with retail and wholesale teams to optimize profit opportunities, and working with our logistics team to review volume vs. capacity.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent business acumen, experience in managing end-to-end supplier service levels, and a strong market understanding of both B2B and B2C markets. You should also possess effective presentation and listening skills, as well as the ability to lead and coach a team to deliver tasks within agreed timescales. Additionally, you will need to have experience using MS Excel and presentation packages.
