As a key member of the Commercial Insurance team, you will be responsible for underwriting Commercial products on a new business basis, developing and maintaining broker relationships, and ensuring panel/regional growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage new business pipelines, visiting brokers regularly, and underwriting your own caseload.
  2. Leverage your market expertise to adopt a positive and comprehensive underwriting approach.
  3. Contribute to the identification and acquisition of new business, driving growth in GWP across the Commercial book.
  4. Be the key contact for handling referrals, strategy, and risk appetite.
Requirements:
  1. Strong Commercial underwriting experience.
  2. Excellent relationship building and management skills to enable you to work closely with your broker partners.
  3. The desire to be successful in a New Business environment.
  4. Confident communicator, able to lead and influence discussions and make decisions with integrity.
