Job Title: Early Years Teacher

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Early Years Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As an EYFS teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic development of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the EYFS age range (3-5 years).
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • QTS and EYTS qualifications.
  • Strong academic record and teaching experience in the EYFS age range.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for teaching and learning.
