The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining high academic standards and fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically driving pupil attainment and achievement, with a focus on coordination and implementation of intervention strategies as required.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Good honours degree in a relevant discipline, coupled with a relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience of holding curriculum and/or pastoral responsibility
  • Ability to teach your subject at KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • An outstanding classroom practitioner with an excellent track record of progress and results
  • Proven track record of raising educational standards and achievement
  • Understanding of how to analyse and utilise data effectively
