Job Title: Contract Delivery Manager

At TCR Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful execution of our service contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and exceed customer expectations
  • Monitor and report on SLA/KPI compliance, addressing issues proactively
  • Lead performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Produce regular performance reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Alert the commercial team to growth opportunities and collaborate on SLA improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and information protection
  • Optimize financial transactions and reporting
  • Promote business productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proactive team player with strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Independent worker within policy and budget limits
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
