Job Title: Business Development Lead

At Experis Internal Talent, we're seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our cross-border business as a Business Development Lead. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and growth across the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand our global presence.
  • Build relationships with new clients and deliver results-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify new opportunities and develop bespoke client-specific solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and employment data to inform future sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving profitable sales in the IT services sector.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.

Benefits:
  • Possible salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and birthday off.
