Job Title: Clinical Shift Leader - Renal Dialysis Team

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to lead our Renal Dialysis team. As a Clinical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver enhanced nursing skills within the renal care pathway
* Assist in leading and managing the clinical team
* Participate in the management of the department and the development of care systems
* Supervise qualified and unqualified staff

Requirements:

* Good verbal and written command of English
* Change Management experience
* Effective listening and interpersonal skills
* Time Management experience
* Computer literacy
* Haemodialysis skill

Knowledge:

* Sound understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality
* Sound understanding of the NHS Constitution and responsibilities
* Knowledge of the NHS Plan and related National Service Frameworks

Qualifications:

* RN
* Mentorship/Preceptorship ENB 998 or 6590(SLIP)/ working towards
* Degree level Courses applicable to specialist area or working towards
