We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions on our accounting software, Sage Line 50. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with banks and tracking account balances.
Key Tasks:
• Recording and maintaining financial transactions on Sage Line 50
• Maintaining communication with banks and tracking account balances
• Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns
• Preparing customer invoices and collecting debts
• Credit control
• Reconciling supplier statements and making timely payments
• Processing payroll on Sage software and reconciling all PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts
• Managing employee expenses
• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
• Assisting the accountant by providing information for annual accounts
• General admin duties
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with prior experience in office management, extensive Sage Line 50 experience, excellent computer and admin skills, and the ability to demonstrate payroll experience.
