Job Title: Adult's Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Bart & Taylor Co. in Southeast London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams in a premium restaurant or bar environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aid the Senior Management team in the day-to-day running of the business, taking accountability for aspects of the business with personal KPIs and delegated tasks.
  • Train and retain a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maximize profitability at every level of the business, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Ensure full adherence to all food safety, fire, licensing, and H&S procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Implement company processes and systems, driving efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Reasonable relevant experience of working in a management team in a premium restaurant or bar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
