Job Opportunity for SEN Support Professionals

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN support professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Role:

  • To provide support and assistance to the class teacher in planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Supervise and support pupils during activities and provide general class management.
  • Cover Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
  • Plan and deliver lessons as required.
  • Record pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident for at least three months.
  • Overseas criminal clearance or willingness to apply for one.
  • Child enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN.
  • Experience in covering and delivering lessons.
  • Minimum of three months UK residency.
  • We do not accept applicants on skilled worker visas or those who require visa sponsorship.
