Clerical Support Professional

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As a Housing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to team objectives.
Main Tasks:- Handle customer calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, responding to their needs promptly and professionally
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
Monday to Thursday (8:45am - 4:45pm), Friday (8:45am - 4:15pm), 35 hours per week.
Salary Range:£25,200 - £29,400 per year.
