Deputy Manager

Job Summary:
PSR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in a Children's Residential Home. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the home, supporting the management team and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the home
- Support the management team in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for residents
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the home is running efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including experience in a supervisory capacity
- Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable
- A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months
