Data Protection Specialist

Job Summary:
Hospiscare is seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Specialist to join its Governance team. As a Data Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's information and ensuring compliance with information management legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of Data Protection and Security processes and protocols to ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities.
- Produce the annual Data Protection and Security (DPS) Toolkit submission.
- Advise staff across the organization and deliver training in relation to Data Protection and Security and GDPR.
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of data protection legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and risk management.
