About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Practice Manager to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Pharmacy Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, quality of care, and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop the pharmacy team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
