Join Our Team as an Experienced Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and make a positive impact at our pharmacy in St. Our pharmacy is located in a great community, surrounded by local shops and the GP surgery, with whom we have a strong relationship. This is a great environment with good scope for development and excellent commercial opportunities working alongside a growing team.

How Our Pharmacy Makes a Difference:
  • We dispense 15/20 community blisters, providing essential services to our community.
  • Our pharmacy is open 9am until 6pm, Monday - Wednesday | 9am until 6:30pm, Thursday & Friday | 9am until 1pm, Saturday, ensuring our patients have convenient access to our services.
  • Our dynamic team is comprised of 3 experienced team members, working together to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent, and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits. We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing, to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We are focused on mental health and wellbeing, which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Well Pharmacy (part of Bestway Healthcare) is the second largest pharmacy chain in the UK with approximately 760 pharmacies and a team of around 7,000 colleagues based across our Community Pharmacies, Online Pharmacy, Healthcare Services Centre, Community Drivers, Bestway Medhub & Wardles team and our Support Centre team.
