Lead Care Worker Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Care Worker Apprentice at Cathedral View House.
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes independence, respect, and comfort for residents.
- Collaborate with the senior carer on shift and receive supervision from the nurse in charge to deliver high-quality care.
- Pursue excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, logical thinking, team working, initiative, non-judgmental attitude, and patience.
This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a commitment to providing exceptional care. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality services and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
About the Employer:Cathedral View House is a reputable provider of residential and nursing care services, registered for a number of dementia patients. We pride ourselves on offering a warm and welcoming environment, led by trained nursing and healthcare staff.
Key Details:Vacancy Salary: £18,500 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
