About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our Aftertreatment Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing solutions to address challenging requirements, either within New Product Introduction or updates to existing platforms for a variety of Off-highway applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex emissions modules and fabrications
  • Lead and plan projects with minimal supervision, working with individuals and teams across global Manufacturing sites, suppliers, and customers
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure design solutions meet high quality and cost expectations
  • Conduct or generate reports to support component and system design reviews
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure progress against planned activities

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in mechanical or automotive engineering, with experience in Aftertreatment systems
  • Knowledge of Component Manufacturing principles & processes
  • Modelling & Detailing experience in CREO4-7
  • Self-motivated, teamwork, organised, good communication skills with an ability to manage and deliver tasks to meet commitments
