As a Trainer/Tutor, you will play a vital role in helping our learners develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include delivering training sessions, coaching and mentoring learners, and maintaining Health and Safety standards.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training sessions, with a focus on learner engagement and participation.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety protocols, including COSHH, Security, and Engineering Hygiene and Cleanliness within the training environment.
  • Ability to develop and deliver lesson plans, ensuring that the content is relevant and up-to-date, and aligned with the Course Training Plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with learners and colleagues.
Benefits:

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as pension and other benefits.
