Finance Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at a leading Health care Insurance Company. As a Finance Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Accounts and Reporting team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative support to the Accounts and Reporting team
  • Support with a broad range of accounts functions
  • High volume data processing working to strict company guidelines
  • Ensure documents are up to date and processed in line with financial deadlines
  • Working to KPI's to ensure data is processed quickly while paying meticulous attention to detail
  • Copied and pasted information from one system to another database
  • Using several systems at once to ensure information is accurate

Requirements:

  • Available to start immediately with a maximum of 1 week notice
  • Commit to the assignment until at least January 2025
  • Pass a Credit Check and Disclosure Scotland Check
