**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Education and Inclusion Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As an Education and Inclusion Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and regularly reviewing Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and reflective of the child or young person's needs and aspirations.

You will work collaboratively with health, social care, and other relevant agencies to ensure a holistic and joined-up approach to meeting the needs of children and young people with EHCPs. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of SEND policies, procedures, and best practices within the wider Education & Inclusion Service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, maintain, and regularly review Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SEND policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with health, social care, and other relevant agencies to ensure a holistic and joined-up approach

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working in SEND casework or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
