Job Title

Creative Operations Specialist

A key role within the Creative Operations team is available for a Contract position in London. This initial 3-month contract has potential to extend.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in project management and delivery of creative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Act as point-of-contact for Regional, EMEA local market, and US teams for Original titles

  • • Supervise campaign project workflows ensuring deadlines are met by all parties

  • • Manage communication between stakeholders

  • • Coordinate project status meetings, identify roadblocks and risks, flex and adapt plans accordingly

  • • Help mitigate potential risks

  • • Conduct quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and standards are met

  • • Support the creative ops coordinator in weekly/monthly workstream settings

  • • Provide weekly status reports on campaign timelines and key priorities for stakeholders

  • • Filter creative pipelines and upcoming projects from local markets to streamline the approvals process

  • • Monitor and track creative approvals from local marketing teams, routing these to correct approvers

  • • Maintain AirTable database of titles

  • • Attend campaign briefing meetings

  • • Coordinate project meetings

  • • Provide status updates in EMEA and US meetings

Requirements:

  • • Minimum 3 years' experience working in Media/Entertainment industry in marketing operational role

  • • Proven experience at Supervisor level preferable, ideally within a multi-territory production environment

  • • Understanding of project management and creative and operational production process

  • • Working knowledge of creative localisation workflows and practices

  • • Experience working with schedules

  • • Digital/DTC, broadcast or creative agency background preferred

  • • Strong planning and prioritisation skills

  • • Experience working with brands

  • • Proven experience managing executive level stakeholders

  • • Solid understanding of video, audio and print formats

Salary: £250 - £300 per day.
