Job Title: KYC Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KYC Team Lead to join our team at McArthurGlen Group. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the KYC process across all locations, ensuring efficient compliance operations and maintaining the integrity of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with AML regulations and KYC processes across all locations.
  2. Lead and manage the KYC team, providing support and guidance to team members.
  3. Conduct quality reviews of KYC files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  4. Investigate sanctions and high-risk screening alerts.
  5. Develop and maintain KYC-related policies and training.
  6. Prepare reports on KYC performance for senior management.

Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in the KYC process, with UK exposure preferred.
  2. Relevant undergraduate degree and AML/CTF qualifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA).
  3. Strong understanding of UK KYC and AML regulations.
  4. Proven team management skills with experience in training and performance oversight.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
