Certified Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Enforcement Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing Court orders to obtain payments on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to various locations to execute Court orders and obtain payments from debtors.
- Identify the financial circumstances of debtors and capture key income details.
- Request payment in full or set up affordable repayment arrangements.
- Confidentially and tactfully make enquiries with neighbours to locate debtors who have moved or left a property.
- Identify and assess vulnerability and signpost debtors to support services if required.
- Liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases.
- Oversee payments received for cases allocated to you and handle cash payments, manage receipts, and other required documentation.
- Compile short reports about your visits and complete necessary paperwork.
- Take control of goods and remove them when necessary.

Salary and Benefits Package- £28,500 basic salary with OTE £100,000+.

- Full training and qualifications to become a Certified Enforcement Agent may be considered if you have the relevant experience.

- Full Clean UK Driving License (held for at least 2 years).
- Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Able to provide a clean DBS and no CCJ/IVA.
