Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor

ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor to join our team in Stow-on-the-Wold. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure timely and cost-effective processing of cases.
  • Business Development: Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Work Allocation and Productivity: Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing your own caseload. Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession is essential, as is a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning. You should be organised, process-driven, and commercially astute, with a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
