Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor

ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis, ensuring seamless communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Client Liaison: Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Work Allocation and Productivity: Manage your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision.
About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing your own caseload. Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession is essential, along with a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.

You should be organised and process-driven, commercially astute, and committed to providing an excellent standard of client care. Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone is also required.
