Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at The Candidate Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's brand visibility, managing social media channels, and overseeing marketing initiatives and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy that supports the business vision and protects and enhances the brand.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms: Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Oversee Website and Marketing Materials: Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand messaging, and create engaging marketing materials, including videos, infographics, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and tools that elevate the brand, support customers, and engage the audience.
  • Manage External Partnerships: Manage external partnerships for marketing initiatives, advertising, and events.
  • Promote and Attend Industry Events: Promote and attend industry events and exhibitions, with some travel required.
  • Provide Regular Reporting: Provide regular reporting on marketing performance using data-driven insights to guide improvements.
  • Lead Content Creation: Lead the content creation process, including developing a content calendar, coordinating with ambassadors and influencers, and curating visuals.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and align them with business goals.
Sales Support:
  • Understand Products and Processes: Understand the company's products and processes to effectively communicate value propositions to customers and other key stakeholders.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Support sales initiatives with strategic marketing input and ensure alignment between marketing and sales communication.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and reporting software, familiarity with design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva for content creation, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and a positive team player, organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
