Job Overview

ENGINEERINGUK is at the forefront of cloud computing innovation, providing cutting-edge IT infrastructure services. We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Lawyer to support our AWS Professional Services business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating strategic technology agreements with enterprise customers and partners. The role also involves providing ongoing legal counsel and regulatory guidance for senior executives and other business teams.

This position requires candidates who are innovative, progressive, hands-on, and customer-obsessed professionals. Developing creative solutions to better serve clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  1. Exceptional academic qualifications and significant post-qualification experience
  2. High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness, and creative thinking
  3. Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications
  • In-house experience at a technology or internet company
  • Significant technology transactional and regulatory experience
  • Experience with professional services contracting

Salary

£90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
