Job Title: Senior PPA Originator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPA Originator to lead the execution of commercial contracts for our leading renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure investment platform.

Company Overview:

The role will cover the portfolio hedging strategy definition and execution, commercial strategy and activity, global markets analysis and modelling, revenue optimization, and strategy determination for new ventures and business models.

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize asset performance.
  • Lead the commercial activity of the group, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform valuation analysis of different hedging structures for all assets in the portfolio.
  • Support the investment team in structuring Project Finance transactions and executing commercial contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing and presenting commercial pitches to investment committees.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the valuation/negotiation of physical or financial hedges, with a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex financial models and presentations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of portfolio management and risk assessment principles, with the ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with commercial contracts.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
