Care Home Support Lead

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care experiences? Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Care Home Support Lead to join our team in Suffolk.
Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity is designed for a dedicated and caring professional who can make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Home Support Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our care homes meet the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with our leadership team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and enhancing the quality of care provided to residents
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring care home managers and staff
- Monitoring and managing financial and business performance, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Implementing performance monitoring and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements include a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a monthly car allowance and comprehensive induction and training programme.
