Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-impact software solutions that address critical business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of multiple programming languages, security, automation, testing, and business domains.
  • Participate in strategic technology decisions and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues based on intuition and experience in multiple domains.
  • Coach technology communities and provide technical mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of proficient on the Dreyfus engineering scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD).
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, build pipelines, Java, Springboot, Spark, and AWS solutions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between engineering teams and other stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with company goals.
  • Experience participating in Code Review, Architectural discussions, and Sprint planning.
  • Providing technical mentorship and keen attention to risk management while maintaining delivery focus.
