Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Vacuum and mop floors as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The hours of work are 15:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday. As a School Maintenance Associate, you will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
