Oasis Trust is seeking an experienced community leader to join our team as a Community Hub Leader. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the communities we serve.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the development of our Community Hub in North Bristol, working closely with local stakeholders to deliver a range of services including family support, volunteering, youth mentoring, a food pantry, community events, and a toddler group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic oversight of the hub charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of our academies
  • Work alongside other local Oasis leaders to develop a joined-up local vision for the Hub
  • Develop and grow the charity and local community movement through fundraising and business development
  • Manage projects and budgets, and have a deep understanding of community work
