Graduate SEN Teacher Training

The school is a large school with modern facilities, a supportive staff, and a welcoming Senior Leadership Team. The school offers a knowledge-rich curriculum, diverse cultural and extracurricular opportunities, and a strong pastoral support system.
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University, a genuine interest in working with SEN, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a previous role or personal experience in SEN is desirable.
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting children with a range of SEN to keep them engaged in the classroom
- Encouraging the development of the students' social skills
- Working within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
- Supporting and complying with the school's safeguarding procedures
This is a full-time, long-term post commencing ASAP, offering a competitive daily rate of £115 - £130 per day.
