SEN Teacher Career Opportunity

This SEN Teacher role involves working with students who require additional support due to their special educational needs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SEN and be able to adapt their teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised education plans for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student's education and well-being.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in teaching or supporting students with special educational needs is essential.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Deep commitment to helping students with SEN, exhibiting patience and empathy.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education (desirable but not essential).
The estimated salary for this role is £175 per day. You will need to have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
