Job Title: Service Manager for Supported Living in Middlesbrough

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our supported living service in Middlesbrough. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff to provide excellent support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to support individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the service and to achieve service goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team in a supported living environment.
  • Knowledge of the principles of person-centred support and how to deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Car driver essential for this role.
