About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) in Loughborough.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting autonomous clinical assessments, treatments, referrals, and providing advice to first-contact patients across a diverse range of clinical conditions.
- Excelling in communication, both verbal and nonverbal, establishing rapport with patients and caregivers, and making confident decisions and communicating them effectively.
- Recognising and initiating where appropriate advice of relevant specialisms.
- Maintaining appropriate clinical records in line with current practice guidelines.
- Working effectively as part of a multi-professional team in collaboration with other members of the service.

Requirements
- To be a Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), a Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Evidence of autonomous practice Autonomous practice A33
- Level 6 or 7 clinical examination module
- Level 6 or 7 minor illness module
- Emergency care practitioner qualification
- Motivation, passion, positivity, resilience, and a determination to provide outstanding patient care.
- RCN accredited nurse practitioner module
