Electronics Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at a well-established Electronics Manufacturer in Poole, Dorset.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electronic hardware, circuits, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for audio products, test equipment, and communication equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop electronic hardware, circuits, and PCBs for audio products, test equipment, and communication equipment.
  2. Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design requirements and specification documents.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  1. Relevant degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  2. Proven experience in electronic hardware design, circuit design, and PCB design.
  3. Strong understanding of embedded systems, including C programming.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  1. Knowledge of ATEX and product design standards, including EMC and safety, CE, and UKCA compliance.
  2. Experience with I2C, UARTs, Bluetooth, and USB.
  3. Knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD and ISO9001:2015 QMS standard.
Benefits
  1. Competitive salary range: £34,000 to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. Profit-related bonuses.

  5. 20 days holiday, increasing to 23 after one year.
