About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure every customer receives a first-class service, maintaining professional high standards both personally and on behalf of the company.
  • Lead Management: Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain excellent working relationships with site teams, promoting the use of specialist new build panel independent mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers.
Organizational Skills
  • Administrative Work: Ensure all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research on a monthly basis for both new build and second-hand markets.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales of homes and My Redrow options in line with agreed targets, including legal completions and annual turnover.
Requirements
  • Experience: High-performing and self-motivated individual with sales experience in the housing industry (full training will be given).
  • Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, and a full driving license with car ownership.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus OTE (depending on experience).
  • Benefits: Mileage allowance, competitive pension scheme, competitive bonus scheme, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
