Your Role as a Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, managing the smooth operation of facilities, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all property facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage Projects: Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, perform inspections, and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot & Innovate: Solve technical challenges swiftly and work proactively to implement preventative maintenance programs, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Act as a key partner to other departments, responding to requests and providing support to maintain exceptional service quality throughout the property.
Qualifications We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a knack for staying ahead of maintenance needs.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
