We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • 4-5 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
