Join Arm's Team of Technical Writers

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate to join our team of Technical Writers at Arm's Cambridge offices. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in documenting the next-generation technology and working alongside some of the world's best engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and maintain technical content in collaboration with Arm architects and other technical authors.
  • Acquire source information from personal investigations, internal project documentation, and interviews with domain specialists.
  • Ensure that technical content meets the requirements of the end users.
  • Write structured content that improves comprehension and ease of use without the loss of precision.
  • Write content that adheres to the Arm writing standards.
  • Incorporate review comments.
  • Ensure that technical content follows corporate standards while following current processes and policies.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a degree in a relevant field, such as Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Comparative Linguistics.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and social skills.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and an interest in learning about sophisticated abstract concepts.
  • Proven curiosity about maintaining rigor and precision while producing and editing highly specialized content.
