Asbestos Surveyor Job Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients and candidates, supplying the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conducting management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys at a mixed portfolio of sites
* Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines to ensure accurate and comprehensive results
* Sampling suspected ACMs, ensuring safe and correct handling and labeling for analysis
* Utilizing TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports and provide excellent consultancy support and advice to clients

**Requirements**

* Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification
* Experience working hands-on as a surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy
* Extensive knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines
* Ability to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce comprehensive reports
* Excellent communication skills
* Managing workload in line with company and client requirements
