Future Select Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our team. As a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients and candidates, supplying the majority of permanent jobs in the Asbestos market.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to carry out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on Local Authority, Industrial, Educational, Commercial, and Social Housing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys
  • Conduct leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing
  • Audit contractors on site
  • Ensure surveying and analytical duties are carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification and extensive experience working as a surveyor and / or analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. Our client can offer tailored training, a company pension scheme, paid travel time, and opportunities for overtime.
