Job Summary: Therapy Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled occupational therapist to join our team as a Therapy Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:
  • Degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current professional membership
  • Up-to-date immunisation records

Salary: £18.10 per hour + overtime premium rates apply
