Job Title: SEN Graduate - Education Support Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN Graduate to join our team at GSL Education - Lincoln. As a SEN Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with SEND, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their educational goals.
  • Support the teacher in preparing and delivering tailored lesson plans, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
  • Assist in tracking the progress of students, providing regular feedback to teachers and contributing to individual education plans (IEPs).
