Receptionist/Administrator Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and professional individual to fill a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team with accounts-related duties.

About the Job:
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist the team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Accounts Assistance: Provide basic invoicing and accounts-related support to the accounts team.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, order supplies, and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:15 am – 1:45 pm (37 hours per week)

Remuneration: £13.00 per hour
