About the Role

As a Design & Sales Consultant, you will create bathrooms that exceed client expectations, requiring creativity, personability, and problem-solving skills. You will develop sales, promote the Ripples design service, and assist in the development of junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and build sales opportunities from visitors and direct enquiries
  • Promote and provide the Ripples design service, including home visits, design preparation, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Assist in the development of junior Sales & Design Consultants and maintain a high-standard showroom experience

About You

  • You will be a good communicator and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • You will be sales-orientated and driven to help achieve sales targets
  • You will be a good ambassador for the Ripples brand, working in an efficient and professional manner
