Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Challenge-trg Recruitment. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality biscuits, packing, labelling, and palletising them, while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing biscuits to meet quality and quantity standards
  • Packing and labelling biscuits for distribution
  • Palletising biscuits for storage and transportation
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Making up boxes and loading pallets

Requirements:

  • Basic English Literacy and Basic Numeracy Skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene
  • Previous factory experience desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Excellent hygiene and housekeeping of the area
