About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salaried General Practitioner to join our team as a Primary Care Innovator, working closely with the Practice Manager, salaried GPs, and Advanced Nurse Practitioners across the 2C GP Network in Tayside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the extended multi-disciplinary team, including community nurses, physiotherapy, podiatry, mental health and wellbeing nurse, and listening therapy services.
  • Develop and deliver services that meet the needs of the population, focusing on improving outcomes and achieving high levels of job satisfaction.
  • Work across the 2C Practices, each with unique patient demographics, to build on your current portfolio and develop innovative solutions.
  • Support and lead primary care teams in quality improvement and change management initiatives.
