Certified Surgical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Assistant to join our team at SNVA Ventures. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Operative Preparation: Prepare sterile operating rooms for surgeries, including setting up equipment and instruments.
- Equipment Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain equipment and instruments to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Supply Management: Stock and manage surgical supplies to ensure they are readily available when needed.
- Patient Care: Prepare patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites, and provide support during surgery by passing instruments and supplies.
- Supply Tracking: Track and manage surgical supplies to ensure they are not depleted.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and other members of the surgical team to provide excellent patient care.
- Certifications: Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification is required.
- Work Authorization: Must have a valid Green Card or be a US Citizen.
- Clearance: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Medical: Comprehensive medical coverage.
- Dental: Dental coverage, including routine cleanings and procedures.
- Eye Care: Vision coverage, including eye exams and corrective lenses.
